Chris + Elizabeth Stewart - Upscale Wedding at Brenstville Hall in Prince William County, Virginia

We had the amazing opportunity to shoot the wedding of our long-time friends, Chris & Liz. From kisses at sunset to West Virginia traditions, we are so grateful we were able to be a part of this day where love truly reverberated through every inch of space in the room. “It was from the seed of friendship that we are here today.” Before the ceremony, Chris & Liz tearfully read aloud letters they have written for each other. Chris writes to Liz, “With you I feel safe.” As Liz writes, “I just can’t wait to see what your future holds.” The heavy emotions of the day build-up as the first-look approaches. When Chris sets his gaze upon his bride, he is overcome with so much joy and adoration, he weeps in her loving embrace. The ceremony begins and the groom is excitedly awaiting the bride’s arrival. He continues to swell with emotion, wiping tears from his eyes as she begins her journey down the aisle. The bride wears a chic-ly timeless white gown with a flowing train, she holds an elegant bouquet of white roses. The bridesmaids stand beside her dressed in black. The groom and his groomsmen coordinate in classic black tuxedos. They hold hands as they vow their futures to each other. “Go forth and leave each day to the fullest,” the officiant declares as he announces them as one. The reception brings exuberance and entertainment. From Teddy, the family dog affixed the top of the wedding cake to groom shoving cake in the bride’s face as she delicately feeds him, the fun doesn’t stop. The first dances are endearing. Chris twirls Liz throughout the dance and ends it with a sweet embrace. The father/daughter and mother/son dances are happy and sweet. As they cut the cake with their dog Teddy affixed atop, Chris attempts to shove cake in Liz’s face. The night is filled with dancing, drinking, and lots of laughter. The fun-filled night ends with a sparkler send off after the couple shares a final dance to themselves. We are excited to watch your love continue to blossom! Congratulations to our dear friends, Chris & Liz!
